The property includes a small, private beach as well as access to nearby public beaches.  One of the premier surfing spots in "Surf City" is located a few yards off the back porch.   Either join the action in the surf or relax in the secluded serenity of a spacious lawn and enjoy the view with surfers in the foreground, sail boat races in the background, and beautiful Monterey Peninsula blending with the mountains of Big Sur in the distance. On the edge of the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary you are offered more of an experience than a mere view.  Marine wildlife is part of the daily routine at WestCliff.  Sea birds of all sorts, seals, otters, porpoises and an occasional pod of whales are common sights out the kitchen window (not to mention most other windows).  This two-story home sleeps eight and is optimally arranged for a family of six. An on-site caretaker occupies a separate cottage on property.
